mu&#776,,,,,stesna is an istanbul based independent record label founded in 2018 with an aim to reveal and re-evaluate the underrated sounds which was either forgotten, or not yet discovered.

time being, originally released in 2003, was the first full-length cyne lp, following a series of 12inch singles for beta bodega s imprint botanica del jibaro. this project mooncircle reissue marks the first time that this long out-of-print album has been released on vinyl. this deluxe edition includes a remaster of the original time being album, previously released singles, instrumentals, and two previously unreleased bonus tracks (plain english and the word), both recorded during the time being sessions.

...and in the end, not a great deal is known about the spanish duo futuro. the saga begins with the discovery of a cache of test pressings deep within the shelves of a very dusty record shop near the plaza del toros de valencia. as is the case with these things there was no promo sheet or any other information outside of three clues etched into the run-out groove: futuro, jollyman, mcmlxxxvii. through deduction and reasoning it was soon realised that jollyman was a short lived italian record label that closed it s doors in 1987. there were rumours for a while that jollyman was a mafia wedding gift to a music enthused female family member, but as the journey continued it became slightly more likely that this was a tax write-off for it s owners, as the label itself was never very successful, and was more likely an afterthought rather than a full on passion project. that is not to say that there were not gems hidden within it s small catalogue, most notably from noted library musician, composer and arranger alessandro signoretti, without whose help this release would not be presently in front of you. alessandro s assistance led us to the infamous hafenklang studio in hamburg, germany. the very same studio used by boytronic to record their classic lp the continental (some of the same dx presets can easily be heard on both albums) and despite the insane amounts of musicians that have passed through those doors the owner clearly remembered the duo and finally the mysterious futuro had names: javier c rayón and raúl láynez.

too late for the italo boom, and too early for the sonido de valencia craze, the recordings of futuro have sat on master tapes since 1987 finally awaiting their much deserved audience. bordello a parigi are more than proud to present this lost late slow-mo synthesizer italo masterpiece onto the world.

killer electro/wave tracks by black pond. black pond is a collaboration of underground star beta evers and jeff galea from the legendary eleven pond. known for her solo work as well as various collaborative projects, beta evers can be considered the godmother of german electro wave. her beats are strict while her voice is cool and deep. jeff galea, who founded eleven pond in the mid-80s, is the master of energizing bass lines and emotional synth melodies. deepest chasms reflects their shared darkness in four melodic and atmospheric synthwave tracks that won t let go of you.

federico leocata is an italian audio-visual artist who has exhibited in athens, thessaloniki and catania. later expanding his art into the field of sound based analysis of the human psyche. first discovered by heinrich mueller (dopplereffekt, drexciya), federico released his first ep in 2010 for the belgian imprint wemè records, attracting further interest from labels like frustrated funk and last known trajectory.

zwischenwelt is the paranormal audio/visual concern of susana correira, beta evers and penelope martin alongside esteemed ex-drexciya producer, heinrich mueller (dopplereffekt/arpanet/der zyklus). zwischenwelt is similar in style and sound to mueller s almost indivisible black replica and zerkalo projects of the last few years, which were coincidentally coordinated with a strong female presence. originally cd only release on rephlex records.

what s in the du name? 030303 records asked three of their favourite prod ucers with matching names to du an ep together: ann harbour s d marc cantu and mark du mosh & paul du lac, both from the dutch harbour city rotterdam. the result is dynamite! a1-mine motion- is a monsterous jacker in the rawest form how only mr cantu can du! on the b side mark du mosh takes off with a flight to -bermuda- with a hot & steamy roaring electronic beast sitting on the wing of the plane and causing some heavy turbulence. fortunatly du mosh keeps us flying high with some deep emotional synths. last but not least paul du lac delivers a dark psychedelic techtool called -beta rhythm-. a track that creeps under your skin as a virus, causing some serious haziness from noding your head. be aware that this record will appear on vinyl only!

hypnotic, effective, atmospherically dense techno

zeit ist ein fließendes konzept in der welt von phoria. das trio im kern des englischen quintetts - trewin howard (gesang & produktion), jeb hardwick (gitarre & visuals) und ed sanderson (keyboard & vocals) - kennt sich bereits seit über zwanzig jahren, seit der grundschule, wo sie klassische gitarre, cello und violine lernten. nach jahren der musikalischen selbstfindung und des gemeinsamen Älterwerdens, wuchs daraus das selbstkreierte schalllabor namens -phoria-, dem sich tim douglas (bass & synths) und seryn burden (schlagzeug) anschlossen. etliche singles, gesammelt auf zwei eps, hat die band bisher veröffentlicht und zeigte dabei bereits ihr vorliebe für filmmusik und orchestralen post-rock sowie ausladende, auch visuell eindrucksvolle klanglandschaften. textlich befasst sich die band vor allem mit den tiefen der menschlichen psyche und ihrer auswirkung auf unser handeln. “volition” ist das debütalbum der band und erscheint jetzt bei humming records.
